Not for Profit Strategic Planning Workshop
This workshop will be targeted at getting started on the process of developing strategic plans in your not for profit organisation. The content will focus on where planning fits into organisational management. We will look at how to develop a vision for the future and gain ownership of outcomes with all people involved. We will also address how to develop goals and strategies for the plan.
Content includes:
- What is a strategic plan and where it fits into the planning process for NFP's?
- How to gather information
- Why it is important to use good information when planning
- Why it is so important to have clear direction before starting the planning
- Establishing the vision or mission
- Developing our philosophy
- Developing major organisation goals
- What does a plan look like when finished
Venue - White Horse Inn, 147 Union Street, Milton
Due to funding restraints there is now a small fee of $20.00 per person. Payment is required on registration or upon arrival to the workshop.
Fully funded one to one coaching is available to any attendee to the workshop. One hour, fully funded one to one follow up coaching with the presenter is available on a per organisation basis. This can be used to discuss the application of specific content to the participant's organisation.
